First time visiting Green Koi, what a very cool place. Super clean, friendly staff, great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Check in was fast and easy and hardly any wait. Gilbert was awesome, super knowledgeable about the various products and was able to offer some great suggestions for sleep and pain management

Had good experiences here but they really took a nose dive. I was sold literally powder with a few popcorns instead of bud. This wasn't sold as shake but as flower. I bought half anounce. Hugely disappointed. I tired to complain on their online form and noone has bothered to get back to me in two weeks. My boyfriend left a bad revie

In-store experience is always a chaotic mess. Always a long wait while employees are just standing around. Prices are inconsistent with the current market. Owners are unethical sleezeballs that hide behind a false facade of community involvement. Shop elsewhere.

The owner rents to many dozens-hundreds of people in Chicago.. 140 evictions in 3 years. If you think he treats customers and employees better than he treated his tenants you'd be wrong lol. Take your money elsewhere they overcharge and lie about donating to charity anyways.

They had Marijuana in there

I presented the folks at Green Koi with the issue I was having with painful sciatica. We decided to try Mary's The Remedy 1:1 tincture. It works! My pain is gone and I've also noticed that I am much more focused on tasks such as writing or gaming. My experience at Green Koi was very professional and accommodating.
